Hi,

I need to generate a file to simule the .bsv file. How can I do this?
I do this steps:

1. $ bsc Processor.bsv
2. $ bsc -sim -e mkProcessor.ba

But the error occured:
Error: Command line: (S0040)
No elaboration file (.ba) was found for the top-level module
`Processor.bsv'.

How can I solve this?

Step #1 needs the -sim flag. (Also make sure that there is a "synthesize" attribute on the "mkProcessor" module.)

Without -sim or -verilog, BSC does not generate the modules, it only checks the types of your file (like a lint check).
