BLUESPEC SIGNS CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH POSEIDON DESIGN SYSTEMS

– Poseidon to Provide System, Component Modeling Services, Support to Bluespec's Growing SystemC Customer Base in India –

Waltham, Mass. – January 9, 2007– Bluespec(TM) Inc., supplier of electronic system level (ESL) synthesis for control logic and complex datapaths in chip design, today signed a consulting agreement with Poseidon Design Systems, where Poseidon will provide system and component modeling services to Bluespec customers in India.

Poseidon, an electronic design automation (EDA) company known for its behavioral synthesis software, also offers a range of services for ESL pre- and post-sales consulting in India. Under the terms of this agreement, it will provide model development and product support for Bluespec's SystemC ESE products.
