BLUESPEC EXPANDS PRESENCE IN INDIA THROUGH ALLIANCE WITH SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES LTD.

– Strategic Partnership Agreement Provides Bluespec with IP Development and Services, Customer Product Support, Product Quality Assurance Capabilities –

Waltham, Mass. – October 16, 2006 – Bluespec Inc., developer of the only ESL synthesis toolset for control logic and complex datapaths in chip design, today said that it has signed a services agreement with Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), a leading global consulting and information technology (IT) services company.

Under terms of the long-term strategic alliance, Satyam's facility in Bangalore, India, will provide Bluespec with intellectual property (IP) development and services, customer product support and product quality assurance (QA) capabilities.
